All of the top 5 cosmetic surgical procedures for 2009 are down over their 2008 numbers?
Breast Augmentation – down 6% over 2008
Nose Reshaping – down 8% over 2008
Eyelid Surgery – down 8% over 2008
Liposuction – down 19% over 2008
Tummy Tuck – down 5% over 2008

While all of the cosmetic surgical procedures are down, the only top 5 minimally invasive procedure that dropped in 2009 was BOTOX.
BOTOX – down 4%
Soft Tissue Fillers – up 7%
Chemical Peels – up 9%
Microdermabrasion – up 8%
Laser Hair Removal – no change over 2008

On the reconstructive surgery front, each of the top 5 procedures are up over their 2008 numbers.
Tumor Removal – up 5%
Laceration Repair – up 8%
Scar Revision – up 5%
Hand Surgery – up 10%
Maxillofacial Surgery – up 5%
